Renew does not carry Botox®. We inject Xeomin®, an FDA-approved botulinum toxin from Merz, and we would rather explain the difference than talk around it.

Same Purpose

Both are botulinum toxin type A, used to relax the muscles that create forehead lines, frown lines and crow's feet.

Similar Duration

Both typically last 4 to 6 months depending on the area, your muscle activity and your metabolism.

Comparable Dilutiion

Xeomin has a similar dilution and dosing to Botox, so unit counts for a given area are broadly comparable.

A Simpler Formula

Xeomin contains no accessory proteins — just the active ingredient.

Why a lower price per unit can still mean a bigger bill

A lower price per unit does not mean a lower total. What matters is what your treatment area costs once it has been dosed. Sometimes dysport may be sold at lower prices like $4-6 per unit, but it may require 50 units of the product for a treatment area, whereas Xeomin may only require 20 units for the same treatment area.

How does Xeomin compare to Botox on price?

At $10 per unit, Xeomin comes in below the $12 per unit commonly charged for Botox around Springfield. For a typical frown line treatment that is roughly $50 less per visit.

What about Dysport?

What’s the difference between Semaglutide and Tirzepatide?

Semaglutide targets one hormone receptor (GLP-1), while Tirzepatide targets two (GLP-1 and GIP), offering an added effect for some patients. Both are effective, but some people respond better to one over the other.
