We understand that your schedule can be hectic, leaving little time for regular in-person appointments. That’s why we are excited to introduce our "Express-Lane Weight Loss Program"—a flexible, convenient way to manage your weight loss journey with expert guidance through weekly and monthly text communications.


How It Works

Our program is built to provide continuous support without the need for frequent office visits. Here's how the process flows:

  1. Easy Onboarding
    Simply text “    new patient," or "newpatient" or "#newpatient” to 877-455-1159. This will start a series of intake questions to gather your health information. Our medical provider will review your responses to ensure the treatment is safe and tailored to your needs.

  2. Medication Pickup Scheduling
    Once cleared, you will be prompted to schedule convenient times to pick up your prescribed weight loss medications. Med pick-ups usually occur on Saturdays at our Clinic located at 235 Chestnut St Springfield MA. If weekends do not work for you, please communicate that to us when you are due for med refills / pick ups.

  3. Weekly Text Alerts
    Receive valuable weekly tips and motivational messages to keep you on track with your weight loss goals.

  4. Monthly Check-In:
    Complete a brief monthly survey via text to update your provider on your progress, medication tolerance, and any challenges. Your provider can then adjust your medication dosage if needed. And you will subsequently be prompted to schedule a time for med pick-ups.

  5. Optional In-Person Visits:
    If you ever feel something isn’t working well or prefer face-to-face consultations, you can schedule in-person appointments anytime throughout your journey.
  6. At any point you can schedule in person visit if something is not working correctly, or if you need more in person counseling.
  7. Cost
  8. GLP 1 Medication: only $299 per month for 4 shots through the express-lane.
  9. GLP1 + GIP medication: Only $475 per month for 4 shots through the express-lane.
